TERMS & CONDITIONS ISVAARA LTD

APPOINTMENTS

Before attending your appointment, you are responsible for reading and familiarising yourself with the relevant Before & After Care information provided on our website.

The Before & After Care guidance contains important information about preparing for your treatment, potential considerations and recommended aftercare. Following this guidance is intended to help you achieve the best possible outcome from your treatment and to minimise avoidable risks or complications.

You should also provide us with complete and accurate information about any relevant health conditions, allergies, medications, injuries, sensitivities or other circumstances that may affect your suitability for, or ability to safely undergo, the treatment.

While we take reasonable care to provide treatments safely and appropriately, we cannot guarantee a particular treatment outcome. We are not responsible for an adverse reaction or complication arising from information that you have failed to disclose, or from your failure to follow reasonable pre-treatment or aftercare instructions, except where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded or is caused by our negligence, breach of contract or other legal responsibility.

If you are unsure whether a treatment is suitable for you, or if you have any concerns regarding your health or safety, please consult an appropriate healthcare professional before proceeding with the treatment.

LATE ARRIVAL

Please arrive 5 – 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to allow sufficient time for check-in, completion or review of any required information, and preparation for your treatment.

If you arrive more than 10minutes late, your treatment time may need to be shortened in order to avoid delaying subsequent appointments. We will endeavour to provide as much of your scheduled treatment as reasonably possible within the remaining appointment time.

The full treatment price will remain payable even where the treatment time is shortened due to your late arrival.

If your late arrival means that it is not reasonably possible to provide the treatment safely or appropriately within the remaining appointment time, we reserve the right to decline or reschedule the treatment. Any cancellation or rescheduling will be dealt with in accordance with our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

DEPOSIT PAYMENT

A £15 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure an appointment. The deposit is deducted from the total cost of the treatment and is not an additional charge.

By making a booking and paying the deposit, you acknowledge and agree to the cancellation, rescheduling and no-show terms set out below.

RESCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT

Clients may reschedule their appointment once without losing their £15 deposit, provided that the request to reschedule is made at least 3 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

The rescheduled appointment must be made subject to availability.

Any subsequent request to reschedule the same appointment, or any request made less than 3 hours before the scheduled appointment time, may be treated as a cancellation and the deposit may be retained in accordance with these terms.

If an appointment is cancelled and not re-scheduled within 30 days of the initial appointment date, the deposit may be retained.

CANCELLATION BY THE CLIENT

If you choose to cancel your appointment, the £15 deposit will not normally be refunded.

However, the deposit will be held as a credit towards a future treatment if you choose to make another booking. This credit will remain valid for 3 months from the date of the original booking.

The deposit credit must be used towards a treatment booked within the 3-month validity period. After this period, any unused deposit credit will expire.

NO SHOW & LATE CANCELLATION

If you fail to attend your appointment without cancelling or rescheduling in accordance with these terms, this will be treated as a no-show.

In the event of a no-show, the £15 deposit will be retained and will not be transferred or credited towards a future appointment.

The same may apply where an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled less than 3 hours before the scheduled appointment time, unless we agree otherwise at our discretion or you have a legal right to a different remedy.

CANCELLATION BY THE CLINIC

If the clinic needs to cancel your appointment for any reason, your £15 deposit will be refunded in full.

Where possible, we will provide reasonable notice and, where appropriate, offer you the opportunity to reschedule your appointment.

EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES

We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. Where there are exceptional circumstances affecting your ability to attend an appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.

We reserve the right to consider such circumstances on a case-by-case basis and may, at our discretion, waive or vary the cancellation terms where appropriate.
