Please Note: The Booking slot is set to 1 hour. However the length of the treatment may be shorter or longer depending on which treatment you choose. Please check the Price Tab to know the length of the treatment you are booking in for.
DIRECTIONS TO OUR CLINIC
By Tram: Get the train towards Edgbaston, and get off at “town hall” stop which is the stop after Grand Central.
By Train: Get off at Birmingham New Street Train Station. Remain on the ground floor and look for boots and walk out the boots / Greggs Exit [Boots should be on your left side when you walk past it towards the Exit].
You should see A Pink Shop Called Archies (on lower Temple St), opposite to you if you have walked out the correct Exit. And a Tram stop right in front of you, if you jump on the tram [From Platform 1] and get off at the next stop which is Town Hall, you will be at our doorstep.
If you want to walk from the train station, then Turn Left on to Stephenson street then a minute later, take a slight right onto pinfold street and follow the road around to the right until you see a post office on the right and the Townhall in front of you with a big fountain. We are right opposite the post office, in the corner building.
PARKING: If you’re driving the Grand Central Parking would be the best place to park, otherwise there is parking at the back of 1 Victoria Square building too.

DISCOUNTS FOR LOCAL BUSINESSES/ STAFF
As a part of our Terms & Conditions we would like to offer a 10% staff discounts on all treatments, If you work within 3 miles of our Clinic. A maximum of 1 discount per customer per a visit, to be redeemed at time of payment. A valid Staff ID card must be presented at time of appointment in order to prove your place of work. The discount can not be used in conjunction with any other discounts or offers.
LOYALTY DISCOUNT
Repeat customers will receive 15% off on every 3rd booking, Given that the bookings are made within a 3 months period. Discounts apply to customers booking directly with Isvaara Ltd only. PS: Can not be used in conjunction with any other offers / discounts.
DEPOSIT PAYMENT
A deposit of £15 will be required in order to secure an appointment. A link to securely make the deposit payment will be sent by email or text message at the time of booking or you are welcome to make a bank transfer to Isvaara Ltd Business Account. Any changes to the appointment must be made in accordance to the cancellation policy.
CANCELLATION POLICY
To cancel or reschedule an appointment a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required. Missed or cancelled appointments outside of this window means you will lose your deposit.
You can reschedule twice without losing your deposit. If you want to reschedule a 3rd time, you will lose your deposit and need to pay another deposit to re-book. If you cancel an already rescheduled appointment [regardless of notice window] you will lose your deposit.
