You can only book up to 7 days in advance via the Calendar. This is so we can prioritise future availability & flexibility for regular clients. If you wish to book more than 7 days in advance please WhatsApp Us.
For Same Day Bookings, Do Not Use The Calendar to Book. Please Call, Text or Whatsapp us on: 0787 796 1434.
PS: Once you’ve requested a booking via the calendar, wait for us to get in touch. Please do Not turn up for your appointment prior to receiving confirmation via WhatsApp / Text Message.
Please Note: The Booking slot is set to 1 hour. However the length of the treatment may be shorter or longer depending on which treatment you choose.
Facial – 1 Hour
Indian Head Massage – 45mins
Face Massage – 40mins
If you are a new client please allow an additional 15minutes when you attend for a brief in-person consultation and additional aftercare advice.

From Birmingham New Street Train Station [7 mins Walk]:
Remain on the ground floor at the train station and look for boots and walk out the boots / Greggs Exit [Greggs should be on your left side when you walk past it towards the Exit].
When you have reached the exit, step out and turn left then walk straight down towards the traffic lights, cross the road and keep walking straight. You should see a Sainsbury’s on your left keep walking straight – you’ll seee a bridge keep walking straight under the Bridge and you’ll see The Mailbox.
Walk into The Mailbox and and take the Escalators Up to the first floor and walk straight down until you see Harvey Nichols.
Now take a left and walk out the building and walk straight down for 2mins and you should see Lonsdale House.
PARKING:
If you’re driving, the The Mailbox Car park will be the best place to park. Otherwise there is free street parking on Blucher street too on certain days / after certain times, but this is usually always taken.
PS: If you are not able to secure free parking and use the Mailbox car park, please present the receipt and we will cover 50% of [Up to 2 hours] your parking cost.

PS: If you purchase a bundle we can take bookings outside of the usual opening hours, which can be agreed when purchasing the bundle.
For same day bookings please call, WhatsApp or text us on 0787 796 1434. Please DO NOT use the online calendar /booking system for Same-Day bookings.
DISCOUNTS FOR LOCAL BUSINESSES/ STAFF
We offer a 5% staff discounts on all treatments, every visit, If you work within 1 miles of our Clinic.
A valid Staff ID card must be presented at time of appointment in order to prove your place of work.
PS: Discount does not apply to bundles and the discount can not be used in conjunction with any other discounts, offers or promotions.
LOYALTY DISCOUNT
Repeat customers will receive 5% off on every 3rd booking, Given that 3 consecutive bookings are made within a 3 months period. PS: Can not be used in conjunction with any other offers / discounts. Please inform us if you are about to make a 3rd booking with us within a 3 month’s period.
DEPOSIT PAYMENT
A deposit of £20 for Facials or £15 for any other treatment will be required in order to secure an appointment. A link to securely make the deposit payment will be sent by email or text message at the time of booking or you are welcome to make a bank transfer to Isvaara Ltd Business Account. Any changes to the appointment must be made in accordance with the cancellation policy.
CANCELLATION POLICY
To cancel or reschedule an appointment, a minimum of 8 hours’ notice is required. Missed or cancelled appointments outside of this window means you will lose your deposit.
You can reschedule twice without losing your deposit. If you want to reschedule a 3rd time, you will lose your deposit and need to pay another deposit to re-book. If you cancel an already rescheduled appointment [regardless of notice window] you will lose your deposit.
