Face Massage & Indian Head Massage Duration
Although these treatments are set to 40 minutes, It’s common for these treatments to run around 5 – 10 minutes over (never under). So please allow some extra time when attending your appointments.
Meditation Consultation
This consultation is to determine whether you will be the right candidate for Isvaara 1-2-1 Meditation Sessions, and equally for you to decide whether we will be the correct meditation session provider for your personal needs and goals. At the consultation we will discuss what you are looking to achieve from the sessions, how much time you are able to invest / your availability, how serious you are about taking up meditation and the cost.
PS: Consultations are conducted in person or via video call. PS: at the moment we are only taking on “beginner” level students.
