Therefore do NOT book for an occasions, unless you are a returning customer, in case the results are not up to your expected standards. MEDITATION
1-2-1 Meditation Consultation
This consultation is to determine whether you will be the right candidate for Isvaara 1-2-1 Meditation Sessions, and equally for you to decide whether we will be the correct meditation session provider for your personal needs and goals. At the consultation we will discuss what you are looking to achieve from the sessions, how much time you are able to invest / your availability, how serious you are about taking up meditation and the cost. PS: Consultations are conducted in person or via video call. PS: at the moment we are only taking on “beginner” level students.
Group Meditation For Beginners
We will be starting group meditations soon, once we reach a certain number of students. Kindly contact us to be added to our list of interest and we will notify you when the group meditation sessions begin. The group meditation will cost £3 per session and will take place twice per week.
