MEDITATION SESSIONS/ COACHING

The term meditation has been used very “loosely” across the globe in the recent years, so we have also gone with that term for marketing purposes. However what we are really teaching is merely tools for you to be able to one day get into a meditative state. The tools include, but is not limited to, relaxation techniques, flexibility, breathing techniques and the ability to maintain correct posture.

According to the vedas you must have completed the 6 stages of Yoga before you can transcend into the 7th stage which is the meditative state. We ourselves are still on an ever evolving journey to achieving this, and we aim to take you along with us – as far as we can go and as far as you are willing to travel with us.

The main thing is to enjoy the journey and not worry about the destination, as this is not a competition. The journey itself is known to bestow many blessings upon you once you decide to commit to it.

Please note that a large portion of the Meditation Sessions Birmingham will be teachings of the 6 stages of Yoga – which we will expect you to implement into your practical life [meditation coaching] – It’s vital these are mastered before we can assess whether you are ready to be taught the more practical sides of reaching a meditative state.

The Consultation is to assess whether you will be the right student for us and whether we will be the right meditation teacher for you. We will only take on students we believe are serious about learning meditation and is committed to embarking on this spiritual journey.

If we feel you are not ready during the consultation we will be transparent and leave you with advice on how to work towards becoming ready to start this journey. If this was the case, you are welcome to reach out to us to book another consultation in the future, when you feel you are ready, for us to re-assess your suitability for our meditation sessions.

At Isvaara Ltd, we bring a personalized and holistic approach to meditation that caters to your individual needs and wellness goals. Therefore the teachings , levels and protocols put together, will vary for each student.

At the moment we are only offering meditation sessions to new beginners at our Birmingham City Centre branch. However for more committed and regular students we may be able to teach additional techniques once we feel the student is ready. We will be doing regular assessments and consultations throughout the Meditation Journey with Isvaara Ltd.

At Isvaara our aim is to assist you in your journey of creating healthy habits and ensure you commit to them long enough to be able to incorporate it into your daily routine and make it a lifestyle.

Some people may have the desire, motivation, willpower and drive to create new healthy habits and stick to them, but time or money may be a hindrance.

In each tradition, meditation serves a unique purpose—whether for spiritual growth, emotional balance, physical healing, or cultivating mindfulness.
