Quality sleep is key to both physical and mental health and wellbeing.

At Isvaara we define Quality sleep by the hours of sleep you manage to get between the hours of 10pm and 6am, WITHOUT the use of substance or drugs, this includes but is not limited to: Alcohol, sleeping medications or blue light [i.e. phone, tv, ipad, laptop].

PS: If you have been on long term medications, we need clearance from your GP to work with you.

  • IF YOU STRUGGLE TO FALL ASLEEP AND REMAIN ASLEEP FOR A MINIMUM OF 6 HOURS
  • IF YOU STRUGGLE TO GET QUALITY SLEEP [MEANING FALLING ASLEEP ON TIME]
  • IF YOU CAN NOT FALL ASLEEP WITHOUT CONSUMING ALCOHOL
  • IF YOU CAN NOT FALL ASLEEP WITHOUT SLEEPING PILLS OR OTHER DRUGS
  • IF YOU CAN NOT FALL ASLEEP WITHOUT SCROLLING OR OTHER SCREEN TIME
  • IF YOU STILL FEEL TIRED, EVEN AFTER GETTING HOURS OF SLEEP
