DIRECTIONS TO OUR CLINIC
Walk in to The MailBox, Birmingham City Centre, Royal Mail St, Birmingham B11RS
Get to the 1st floor, and face Harley Nichols [Medicine Restaurant should be on your Right, when you are facing Harvey Nichols].
Now turn Left and then walk around the escalator (making a slight right) and you will see an Exit.
Walk out that Exit, walk straight on for 30 seconds and cross the Road, then walk straight on for another 30 seconds and you will see a Pub in the corner on your right
Right opposite to the pub you Will see a building called Lonsdale House
We are inside Lonsdale house, please walk inside and Notify at the Reception that you have arrived for a booking with Isvaara and they will guide you.
PARKING: There is free road parking around The Mailbox, however this is usually taken up most of the time. The other option is paid parking in a car park right behind Lonsdale House (or in the Mailbox) – They both cost roughly the same. If you are not able to get to us by public transport, please contact us for further information on parking on the same day as your booking – and we will try to assist you.

DISCOUNTS FOR LOCAL BUSINESSES/ STAFF
As a part of our Terms & Conditions we would like to offer a 15% staff discounts on all treatments, If you work within 3 miles of our Clinic. A maximum of 1 discount per customer per a visit, to be redeemed at time of payment. A valid Staff ID card must be presented at time of appointment in order to prove your place of work. The discount can not be used in conjunction with any other discounts or offers.
LOYALTY DISCOUNT
Repeat customers will receive 10% off on their 2nd booking, 15% off on their 3rd booking and 20% off on their 4th booking. Given that the bookings are made within a 4 months period.Discounts apply to customers booking directly with Isvaara Ltd only.
DEPOSIT PAYMENT
A deposit of £5 will be required in order to secure an appointment. A link to securely make the deposit payment will be sent by email or text message at the time of booking or you are welcome to make a bank transfer to Isvaara Ltd Business Account. Any changes to the appointment must be made in accordance to the cancellation policy.
CANCELLATION POLICY
To cancel or reschedule an appointment a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required. Missed or cancelled appointments outside of this window means you will lose your deposit. Please read our full terms & conditions for further information about our policies.
